5 Week Post Natal Pilates Course in Stockport - Starting February 24th
Post Natal Pilates is the best and safest form of exercise to start after giving birth. We will start at the basics and by the end of the course you will see a massive improvement in your strength, tone, flexibility and posture.

The course will take place on Monday morning from 10.00-11.00am at The Mama Sanctuary in Stockport.

The course starts on February 24th and will run for five weeks on the following dates:

March 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd
