6 Week Post Natal Pilates Course - Starting February 27th
Post Natal Pilates is the best and safest form of exercise to start after giving birth. We will start at the basics and by the end of the course you will see a massive improvement in your strength, tone, flexibility and posture.

The course will take place on Thursday afternoon from 10.00-11.00am and 1.30-2.30pm at The Northern Lawn Tennis Club on Palatine Road in West Didsbury.

The course starts on February 27th and will run for five weeks on the following dates:

March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
