• Pro Metabolic Eating

A personalised plan to help you rebuild your metabolism, build strength and invest in your long term physical health.

  • What Is Pro Metabolic Eating

Pro Metabolic Eating is a way of eating that honours your body's metabolism and works with it rather than against it.

Calorie restrictive diets or diets that reduce carbs, sugars and diary can help you lose weight short term but they slow down your metabolism and play havoc with your hormones. This can lead to broken sleep, painful periods (if you are still having them), bloating, digestion problems, low energy, stress and anxiety, food binging, thinning hair, skin problems and thyroid issues.

Pro Metabolic Eating works with your body, rather than against it, giving you the nutrition you need to thrive physically and emotionally.

  • Nikki's Experience Of Pro Metabolic Eating

I was in a cycle of moving between various diets for 15 years of my life.

For the last two years this has all changed for me and it can for you too. With Pro Metabolic Eating I have found a truly healthy relationship with food that assists with my training and strength goals.

I now eat 2100+ calories a day, am building strength and investing in my health, both for now and the future.

My experience and my warning is that this is not a quick fix. Healing metabolism takes time and consistency, but if you are in it for the long haul you will see really positive change.

  • How It Works

A 1:1 consultation is required before any Pro Metabolic Eating plans are created. During that one hour consultation we understand the basics of your food/drink intake, lifestyle and exercise.

From there we can recommend a plan that will start rebuilding your metabolism and letting you flourish.

Consultations can happen online or in person at M20 Health, at The Northern in Didsbury.
