Post natal pilates is the best and safest form of exercise to start after giving birth.
This online course starts with the basics and by the end of it you will see a massive improvement in your strength, tone, flexibility and posture.
Before Covid-19 we were running Post Natal Pilates courses in West Didsbury and Stockport (and hope to do them in person again in future) but for now we have taken all the material online so you can access it anytime and work through it at your own pace.
