About The Course
Post natal pilates is the best and safest form of exercise to start after giving birth.
This short course starts with the basics and by the end of it you will see a massive improvement in your strength, tone, flexibility and posture.
Classes are small and all non-mobile babies are welcome!
Mama Sanctuary, Stockport
Mondays at 10am
Affordable parking options within a short walk of the Mama Sanctuary, the course takes place in the first floor event space.
The Northern, West Didsbury
Thursdays at 10am and 1.30pm
Parking is onsite and free, the course takes place in the studio on the first floor.
