    It helps you understand how to set yourself in neutral position, a phrase I use a lot in all the classes that follow!

    NB: Those who are pregnant follow Nikki's instructions at the front of the session about which parts of the class are relevant for you.

    A session that focuses on movement.

    Session 4: Thursday, 2nd April

    A session that focuses on the back line of the body.
